What we collect
To handle orders and enquiries we take your name, email, KakaoTalk ID or Telegram, the Gmail to receive the channel, and the payment TXID.
How we use it
Only to confirm orders, hand over channels, handle guarantee claims and answer questions. We never share it with third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order details are kept for one year after the sale for guarantee and dispute handling, then deleted. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
